Linnea, This is just the message I needed to hear today and it's so beautifully written. I've adopted "slow and steady" as my mantra of late, but I need to be reminded again and again. Thank you.

As do we all, I’m afraid! I’m actually working on a workbook right now. That should be available soon, which is all about stepping out of urgency and into the pause.

I’m so sorry about the flu-ish-ness and I hope it passes soon. Sometimes I think our bodies slow us down when we refuse to listen to the signs. At least I have found that to be true for me.

Love this Linnea - and agree our nervous systems speak a completely different language than our capitalistic culture of production and consumption. Pauses, breathers, rests, breaks... are needed to just simply BE. And space is needed to integrate. Otherwise, it's constant overload. I love my pauses... 💜
